Jackie did a wonderful job helping me find the property that I wanted I was looking for fixer upper and within the price range that I had and location I new it wouldn't be easy .After a for a few days she came back with some properties to look at, so off we went. Jackie is very helpful , she had all the information on the properties that we looked at such as lot size taxes ,recent improvements etc. I found the one that I liked and after discussing what id like too offer she contacted the selling agent, the property was in an estate and was kind of a tricky deal since the heirs lived all over the country but she kept me informed and up too speed on it through out the entire process. She even took it upon herself and with the help of her husband mowed around the property so I could better look it over during my option period, any question that I had she promptly answered and the deal came together perfectly. Jackie is without a doubt one of the best agents I have dealt with. Once I settled on the house, everything went smoothly. I wanted to add central heat/AC and Jackie got me a bid. At inspection, it was determined the roof needed to be replaced and she immediately had two roofing companies provide me with estimates. She was very responsive to all of my communications and went above and beyond every step of the way.
